ECHOGEAR Full Motion Articulating TV Wall Mount was a great find! I was looking for an articulating TV mount that would allow me to keep the TV fairly close to the wall, yet be pulled out to one side or another.
The installation was fairly fast. I was able to install this perfectly and have the TV hanging in 15 minutes. My 65″ Samsung UN65RU7300FXZA is able to swing nearly 45 degrees to one side or another. This is great, considering my office desk is on one side of the room yet my exercise equipment is on the other.
The packaging included a paper template that is easily taped to the wall prior to mounting the real thing. You will need a stud finder to find two studs and mount it with four included bolts. Pre-drill a starter hole, then use a socket wrench to drive the bolts into the wall to secure the bracket.
Easy operation – to move the TV, I simply grab it by the sides and pull it into position.
The package comes loaded with several mounting options and screw types for different types of TVs. Make sure you choose the correct screw/spacer combination as having a screw that is too long is dangerous for the TV and having a screw that is too short is dangerous for YOU!
